The addition was completed in 2015, and is 2400 sqft.  The facility offers 1500 sqft of meeting space with a max occupancy of 80. 


The room is equipped with an audio system, TV with multiple inputs for presentations and a computer with internet access.  The audio system has speakers in the ceiling, a microphone, auxiliary input and is also connected to the TV.


There is a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, sink and fridge. 


The facility is non-smoking and alcohol free.
